After Brawl iA man and his wife and i another man were arrested j Sunday morning after a brawl at an Erie Avenue Tavern. ( Ernest Bowman, 42, of 107 E. Linden Ave. and his wife, Marlene, 30, both face charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public intoxication. DeWitt Doran, 34, of 1806 Stevens St., was charged with public intoxication.Police were called to the tavern when a fight broke out between Bowman and Doran. Mrs. Bowman got into the act by knocking Doran down, then she and her husband attacked officers that had been called to the scene.Bowman continued to resist on the way to jail, where Mrs. Bowman was released on herown recognizance and Doranput up cash bond. All are expected to appear in city court tonight.
