BOUND TO COURTMagistrate D. P. Price, following a hearing yesterday Pound Thomas B. Jones, Gastonia CCC camp recruit, over to the March 14 criminal term of Gaston Superior Court on a charge of knifing G. W. Sayer, Io-le i cal automobile salesman, in a difficulty in South Gastonia last Saturday night. Sayer suffered a painful stabwound in the throat which did not, however, prove serious, hospital attendants reported. Jones is in the Gaston county jail in default of $500 bond.RICHARDS AT DAVIDSON
