In the trial of Homer Fleming at Fredericksburg, which consumed practically all of hast week, defendant was convicted and given a life sentence. This • s the second time defendant has been convicted, the former trial being at Llano with a like sentence, but the case was re versed by the Court of Criminal Appeals.
