In his petition the plaintiff says the defendant, Eminn T. lupoid, is indebted to him ia the sum of $oOO for attorney's fees He says she was the owner and in possession of a large amount of money, but for the purpose of hindering, delaying and defrauding her creditors, says the petition, with her money the defendant, Gotlieb Ingold, (purchased in his own name, lot No. 10, Maple avenue, for a consideraton of , $3,500.
