Dingman-Cooke Seek Basis of ChargesEDMONTON (CP) — Demand for particulars on the conspiracy charges against Jack Kent Cooke, New Liberty publisher,-and Harold Dingman, Ottawa writer, is ' being sought from the attorney-general’s department here. S. H. McClaig,,Edmonton counsel for the accused, today filed the demand notice and also sent a copy to D. B. Mackenzie, agent for the atorney-general. Mr. Cooke, Mr. Dingman and Dr. Charlotte Whit-ton are scheduled to appear in Alberta supreme court here April 5 on charges of conspiring to publish a libel. The charges arose from an article by Mr. Dingman in New Liberty magazine entitled Babies For Export”.
