Coat less, the filling station at- j tendant was put on the highway during a bitterly cold night and contracted pneumonia.Miller also is wanted at Fort Sumner. N M., as a fugitive from justice- hr failed to pay a fine, officers charge- and he has been iden-tffjed as the armed bandit w’ho recently staged a hold-up at Vernon.Tn the Amarillo jail Miller refused to waive extradition.
