No True BUI Returned in Case of Derry Man, Arrested in Blairs*vUle on Christmas on Drunken\Driving Charge*—Nine True BillsReturned Tuesday Afternoon,Mrs. Prank Kirk, of Chambers-yille, la serving as foreman of the March Grand Jury, which made It* first returns to Judge B. E. Creps on Tuesday afternoon.The initial returns included nine true bills and one non-true bill. The non-true bill released iBen Fulcomer, of Derry, from a drunken driving charge entered against him on Christmas Day, when he is alleged to have wrecked his automobile on the William Penn Highway. (Fulcom-er was arrested in Blairsvllle.The Grand Jury expects to complete its consideration of indictments this morning and end its work for the term this afternoon.'The list of returns, naming the defendants and their addresses, follows: True BillsCharles W.
