Found Guilty On Blackmail Charge.Guthrie.—The jury in the case of William H. Graham, charged with attempted blackmail, returned a verdict of guilty. Graham was accused of representing Melvin Chisum, the editor of an Oklahoma City negro paper, and offering to “kill” an article criticising President Page of the Langston univer sity If Page would pay him $400. Page refused and the slanderous article appeared for the publication of which Chisum is defending a criminal libel suit.
