The wife alleged that the old man had pulled her hair and had threatened to do in-juries to her. Llchtenteller took the stand in his own defense lt;*nd declared that ho had meant no harm to the woman. He was released on tho payment of the costs and under injunction from the court that he should refrain from all demonstrations against his wife in the future.
