Two dairy employesbeaten upThree men with ski caps pulled over their faces robbed a Claremont drive-in dairy and beat up two employes Thursday night, according to Claremont police reports.Officers said the robbers entered the Foothill Dairy. 1000 W. Foothill Blvd., at 8:45 p m and displayed a sawed-off shotgunPolice said the robbers shoved manager William P. Vickers and salesman Michael Dill into the cooler. Then they took, Dill back out to the cash register and removed approximately $40. police saidBefore leaving on foot, the robbers beat up Vickers and Dill in an effort to get more money, apparently notbelieving Vickers and Dill when they said the safe was locked and that thev didn't have a keyDill was taken to Pomona Valley Community Hospital forexamination A hospital spokesman said he was released after treatment
