Arraigr* 6 inMorals CaseMARSHFIELD—Five Marshfield men and a rural Auburndale girl were arraigned in municipal -justice court here Thursday afternoon on charges stemming from a month-long investigation by Marshfield police. IJames E. Eisner, 30, and John]Lucas Jr., 21, pleaded not guiltyto charges of contributing to the delinquency of minors and were bound over to County Court for trial. They were committed to the cpunty jail when Eisner failed to post $1,000 bond and Lucas was unable lu furnish $500 bond.The offenses allegedly occurred here Jan, 28 and Feb. 18.Also charged with contributing to delinquency of minors. Dale LaBarge, 18, was bound over after pleading guilty. He was committed to jail on failure to provide $250 bond. His offense allegedly occurred Jan. 28.Patrick W. Becker, 19, was fined $75 plus costs after pleading guilty -to a charge of furnishing beer to minors. When the fine and cost were not paid, he was ordered to serve 60 days in [ the counLy jail for the offense,| which occurred Feb. 15.Richard N. Oestrcich, 19, pleaded guilty to charges of fornication and furnishing beer to minors. He was fined $50 on the i first count and $50 plus costs on the second, plus a sentence of 30 days in the county jail under the Huber Law.If the lines and costs are not paid, he will serve an additional f0 days in jail. The morals offense occurred Jan. 15, and the other offense Feb. 58.Also charged with fornication on Jan. 15, Grace Uarnus, 10, Rt, 1. Auburndale, pleaded guilty I and was fined $25 plus costs.
