It has for one of its members Professor Frederick R. Dapprichi instructor |in political economy^ at the University of Chicago, the educational institution built by the Rockefellermillions from the receipts of the Standard Oil company.The jury was completed in the af-ternodn and the opening statement in the case was given this morning byAssistant District Attorney James H Wilkerson. The first witness probably will take the stand this afternoon, Five of the jury which attorney for the defense insisted should he composedof representative business .men, -are grocers from Chicago residence districts and suburbs.
