PAYS 1 CENT FINE BY WRITING CHECK by United Press Leased Wire. ANCOUVER, Wash., March 1. By tendering a check for 1 cent, Albert Madsen has today paid a fine imposed by a jury for resisting an officer. The check will probably never be cashed, but will be kept at the police Station as a souvenir.
