Deputy Frank Jone^ arrested Daniel Company, an Indian, out near Brush Hill Wednesday and took him to Muskogee on a charge of cattle larceny. Deputy. Jjjfom Bakef went up on the same train with Al. Davis, who is under indictment for selling whiskey. Davis lives over in the Benni-field community and is said to be an old offender in handling old John Barleycorn.
