EVIDENCE LACKINGF, W. Kringle and Ella SGhuh Were Discharged.Kringfe's Son Refused to Testify Against His Father—February PoMce Court Record,The case against F. W. Kringle and Mrs. Ella Schuh, who were arrested at midnight Thursday and charged by the woman's husband with adultery, was called for trial in Justice Murphy’s court yesterday. The court ordered the trial to proceed behind closeddoors* and the order caused deep disappointment among a large number who were anticipating hearing some sensational testimony.
