It was noted in the charges that the children wereleft in the residence without proper food and clothing.Also scheduled to appear in juvenile court today was Thurston F. Fish, 41), of 1181/, Ash-wood In., New Philadelphia.Fish, arrested last night, faces paternity charges filed June 19by Ruth .1. Gieen of 332 8th dr. NE, New1 Philadelphia. Shpalleges Fish is the father of i child born to her Dec. 15, 1963.
