E. Erickson in Farr West, from whom the horse had been stolen, and Mr. Erickson recog- j n nlred the animal. Kilpatrick was i. taken into custody by Deputy Sheriff *1 Hobson, hut declared that he was in-1 nocent of the theft. ji Kilpatrick said that he traded for' the horse in Logan, giving two horses f and 30 in cash in the transaction.
