As we published at leDgth the testimony taken before Justice Armstrong on the examination which resulted in the commitment of the prisoner, we shall not attempt to give the evidence in the trial now pending.Judg:ng from the appearance of the court room when we visited it in the afternoon, little public interest appears to bo manifested in the trial We have seldom seen a more intelligent end discriminating jury than the one empan-nelled in this case.
