Hicks.Bob Anderson, who has been arrested twice on information charging assault with attempt to kill Patrolman J. W. Hicks, was rearrested Sundaymorning by Constable Walden upon another information issued from thecourt of Judge S. D. Rohrer. After the arrest the constable was unable to locate Judge Rohrer and took hisjc prisoner to the county Jail where he was locked up. In the meantime. F. W, Ashby and L_ A. Martin, attorneys for Anderson, filed a petition with Judge A. B. Davis of the Livingston county circuit court for the release of Anderson from jail on a writ of habeas corpus. Sunday afternoon about two o’clock Judge Davis granted temporary writ and released Anderson from jail on a ftJOO bond, sign* ed by Ashby and Martin. The writ is returnable Friday when Judge Da-vil will hear the case on its merits. The other two bonds of Anderson are 5500 each.navS’hislt;P:tiJ:
