Buckles to Fairfield Monday from the veterans* camp at Santa Rosa the case of Frank Melville.the boy bandit, will be taken up. Melville probably will be turned over to the San Francisco authorities. The reason for this is that Melville was re-leaaed on probation several months ago by Judge Dunne after he had been arrested and charged with burglary.COP A M SMFITFP MFM
