Bat a Miami lawyer says it “appears to be valid.’.'The will, which includes some of Mrs. Mossler’s relatives who were left out of an earlier one, arrived in the mail at the Marietta, Ga., home of IS. Wealh-erby, said lawyer Michael T. Tarrant.“The speculation is that it was mixed up with some of her papers, and someone in Houston found it and mailed it. added Tarrant, who said he filed it in a Houston probate cotrt on Friday.“U is an oii-andout fraud.
