Attorney To Seek ReversalTACOMA, Wash. (AP - A court-appointed attorney for Charles Tyson Vidal says he will appeal Vidal’s First-degree . murder conviction in the killing• of a 13-year-old boy.' A jury of seven men and five women convicted Vidal Satur-; day after four hours delibera-. lion.; The jury also recommend-.-ed-the death sentence be im-posed.4Pierce County Superior Court ■Judge William L. Brown Jr. said he would pronounce sentence in two weeks.Attorney Edmund Lozier had . entered a plea for Vidal of inno-• cent by reason of insanity,the 22-year-old Vidal was charged with the stabbing-strangulation death of James ^Michael Mar dock last June. Tacoma police said Vidal told them where to find the youth’s 1 body when arrested In Idaho in connection with another charge..
