Boy Held For Bicycle TheftA 13-year-old La Crosse boy was picked up for a bicycle theft at 7:10 p.m. Friday as he attempted to escape pursuing citypolice.The boy u as seen stealing a bicycle at municipal pool. The owner chased him to Losey boulevard and Main street where the bike was left. He fled when he saw police. Officers found him hiding in the grass in the 400 block on north Losey boulevard.He admitted theft of three bikes from the pool. He returned the first two bikes.He is in custody of juvenile authorities.
