Rodger Case, Attracting Unusual Interest,is Taken Up To-dayAt noon today proceedings in Juno criminal court wen* hold in abeyanceawaiting the return of the Jury in the case of Charles L, Walters tried forthe unlawful operation of a motor vehicle. With the return of the jury thelast case on the trial .list, that of James Rodgers, charged with the murdor of his wife, Dillle Rodgers, will bo taken up. The Walters jury went out ; -shortly before 10 o’clock. (iOn her plea of guilty to violation of the liquor laws, Mrs. Ida Higdon, ofGilpin township, was sentenced to paya fine of $100 and costs.
