---I---O «' ••Wanted In California.Gov. Cummins has honored a requisition sent from California for Thomas McNamee. a convict at Fort Madison pentitentin ry. McXamee's case is a peculiar one. He was convicted of burglary in San Francisco some years ago and imprisoned for a long term. He escaped prison in 1S94, when he had stfll three years more to serve. He came to Iowa later and was convicted of forgery in Cedar county about three years ago. His term wil end in a short time and he will be sent back to California to serve out his term.
