The case waa heard by Judge King with about ten boy* of the tent-erecting crew as witneeeea. It was alleged that Cole had taken the Shelton boy by the bark of the neck and took a kick at him. In an effort to get him off the tent. Cole entered a charge against Bee Shelton for alleged threata and abusive language but later withdrew It.
