After all theevidence was in the coroner's jury returned u verdict which left the case practically where It stood on the day after the drowning. The district attorney was asked by the jury to continue his Investigation. In regard to the actions of George C. Evans, who wns with the girl when she was drowned, the jury found:“The explanation of the said George 0.
