John Hand plead guilty to the charge of Burglary, and was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary.Wm Wallace plead guilty to petit lari ceny, and was sent up for one year.Joseph Kormeyer plead guilty to grand larceny, and goes up for two years. One case against him was dismissed. ;lt; $James Ikes, who some time since plead guilty to assault and battery, was fined $2 and costs.Noah Wallace, charged with burglary, was released on his own recognizance.All body-snatching cases are off the docket.
