COVINGTON.j An Ohio Sutlei; Charged WithXkgro-btkaling—J. B. McClintock, Sheriff of Harrison County, Kentucky, telegraphed from Cynthiana, yesterday, to Marshal Clint. Butts of this city, directing him to arrest W. H. 0. Mitchell, Sutler of the 118th Ohio Regiment, on the charge of negro-stealing. The Marshal was at the Railroad Depot when the traincame in, bat McClintock was not among the passengers.i \Ta vatj’q rw-r ^
