Thefirst time he was sent up for assault with 'intent to kill Sam Smith, the second*time for stabbing Daniel Arnold at Orr-i1 ville and the third time for arsen in set-9ting fire to buildings of his stepfather, Sheriff J. 15. France.Glick is known as a desperate character, especially when drinking, and always looking for trouble when under the influence of liquor. He was a good mechanic and eanducted a repair shop at Wooster. He was bound over to the Grand Jury.i
