The!verdict was reached at 2:30| £’clock Saturday morning, sealed* und ^turned into court at 9:00o’clock.* It appear* that Mr. Cunningham lives in Frankfort and thathe owns a farm near the Zion grave yard, about, four and one-fcalf miles west of Bringhurst, which he toad rented to Mr. Hos-haw. After receiving the eon-tract for the use of the farm for one year, Mr. Hoshaw made ait preparations to move to jme Ciin-nmgham far an, after which *hewas informed ^hat the farm had been rented to another man. This was a great disappointment toHosihaw and he at once filed suit for damages against Cunmngiham in the Clinton court.
