There will be a special term of the Circuit Court held at Goshen, commencing the second Monday in August next. This is to dispose of the case of the people of Indiana vs. John Long for the shooting of Haw-* kins, a constable of Benton township, and also tint of Boyer vs. the Bristol Hydraulic company. It is expected this special term will continue about three weeks.* -Union.
