Judge Agrees Man, 104, Is Too Old To Get on His Knees to Roll DiceNEW YORK, June 23 (UP)— Moirshe Byron and 12 other men were brought before the judge and charged with rolling dice in a vacant lot The 12 pleaded guilty and were fined.lt; But Byron said. “Judge, I’m not guilty; I’m too old to get down onmy knees. I’m 104 years old” The judge blinked and asked for a little proof.“Well, I was born in Palestine and lived in Egypt most of my life,” the old man said. I was in Egypt when the British came in 1882.” The judge suspended sentence.
