The Strombergs, who conduct an installment concern on the lower east side of Manhattan, visited an Italian at 341 Kevins street at 3 A. M. one day in May last and, it is alleged, frightened the Italian into giving them $67, alleging that he owed it on a watch he had bought and that he roust- pay it or go to jail.
