He was arrested by police Friday night after his Chevrolet truck had been involved in a mishap in the 1300 block on Mulberry avenue.The Digney vehicle struck a parked Chevrolet station wagonowned by Ross Evans, 1305 Mul- j berry avenue, causing damageto the left front fender, head- ; light and bumper estimated at more than $50. It was towed to a garage.Digney asserted in police court! that it was being driven by an unidentified companion, who left after the accident. I
