Duncan Wednesday of last week, and is now in the parish jdil under a charge of murder brought by a special investiga tion of the Grand Jury Monday.The coroner’s inquest brought out the fact that Ford had some wood cut for coal bnrning, Duncan doing the burning. Somemisunderstanding arising, Forddecided not to bave Duncan tire the wood, but was going to haul it away, This is seemed to angered Duncan who it is alleged,made threats against Ford so when the latter went to haul away the wood he feared the attack which it is claimed had been threatened and armed himself for defense.
