Davidson of a charge of toeing an accessory to the robbery of Jung Ding, in a Chinese restaurant on Fifth street, April 12. Ding was robbed of $e5 at that, time, but there was no evidence to connect Santoff with the crime, it is said. During the course of the trial it was necessary to use an interpreter.
