Traffic MishapKills Hays BoyPatric Kincaid, 12, son of Mrs. Virginia Kincaid of 206 West17th St., died Monday evening of injuries suffered when his bicycle was struck by a car at 19th and Vine about 6 p.m.St. Anthony Hospital said the youth died shortly after beingadmitted.Police records show Patric isthe first child to be killed on a bicycle since the summer of 1962 -and is the first traffic fatality in the city since November of 1969.Police Officer John F. Klaus said the youth was traveling east across Vine when his bike was struck by a southbound car driven by Richard K. Stull, 22, Countryside Mobile Park.Klaus quoted witnesses as saying the boy peddled onto V ine in front of the Stull vehicle.Survivors besides the mother include four brothers, Darwin, Salt Lake City, Utah; Mark, Jeffrey, Kevin, all of the home;maternal grandmother, Mrs. Hazel B. Hunt, Des Moines, Iowa; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Otis Coffman, Colby.Bom in Torrence,- Calif., Patric attended Washington School last year. Prior to that he attended Lincoln School.Wilson Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
