Tri-gueras was shot in the neck and Relna was shot in the chest.Besides being charged with murder in connection with the killingof Lloreda, who died from a bullet wound over the heart, Trlgueras is also charged with assault to murder in connection with the wounding of Reina.Justice of the Peace James L. McKenna, at the conclusion of his inquest, rendered a verdict that the death of Lloreda was due to gunshot wounds homicidal.A third seaman, Jose G.
