EMBEZZLED MILK RECEIPTSWilliam Peak. formerly employed by John Snyder, milk dealer, of S2? Franklin Street, was found guilty of embezzlement by Judge Geraghty ir\ the Second District Police Court last, evening and sentenced to the workhouse for six months. Snyder charged .Peak, with .collecting* $iy from customers. which he did not turn over at the (ifllce. He had admitted that hehad used ?r» of the money.
