CHARGES FRAUDULENT MARRIAGESuit was tiled in circuit court today against Randolph Policy charging him with fraudulent marriage. The plaintiffb in the oa*e is Maggie Policy. It is alleged that Randolph Polley married Maggie Polley in order to avoid arrest on a charge of paternity and that thottly after the marriage he abandoned hie wife. The plaintiff udu for all proper relief aa provided in the statute# of the state.
