T.—The United States grand jury, this morning returned an indictment against Ben Hungry, a fuliblood Indian, charging him with the murder of Deputy United States Marshal, Isaac *L Gilstrap, who was killed in a fight with the Wyckllffe outlaws recently. Hungry was withthe Wytrkl'rffes at the ^time the fightoccurred, hut was later captured and made a confession, saying that Charles Wycklrffp killed Gilstrap. Charles Wyckliffe says Hungry killed Gil-, strap. Hungry was taken before Judge Parker this evening and pleaded not -guilty*The Wyckliffes are still at large.BAN
