'They are charged with the slaying ofFrank Danlere, it being believed that the father, Nick Corceili, fired the shots and that the son, Tony, aided him.According to testimony of Tony Corceili at the corner’s inquest held at the Corona city hall Friday morning, his father engaged in a duel with SaniercThursday night and the latter was killed. Tony, according to his own story, carried the body into his own house and attempted to /revive him.• **Becoming frightened when herealized the man was dead he loaded the body into his car and carried it off the premises, finally depositing it near the Corona Citrus association packing house.On arrival of William Patterson, police officer, at his home, Tony told the story practically as he did to the cdrnoer and the officer, found the body in the spot indicated. Nick Corceili, Tony’s father, who is believed to havedone the killing, was captured by Corona officers and the sheriff at Wineville the next morning. It is claimed that he did not deny the killing.
