The following names were sen tenced June 14 to the Boise peniten tiary for unlawful cohatitation: Jonah Evans, six monthe? toy prisonment and three hundred dollars Hoe. _ W. T. Martledale, six months and $200. Wm. Higginson, four months and $200. The folowing nameid were sen tenced to Sioux Falls,South Dakota, for adultery. Stephen Jones, two years’f im prisonment. Hyrum Skinner, one year. L. D. Wilson, eighteen months. Neils C. Christenson, one year. These, with those chulenged day before yesterday, are now in the county jail. In all these cases ex cept two the papers are perfected and filed for appeal, but Judge Berry has just decided that bail will be denied pending appeal in all these cases. As the Supreme Court have not meet until January next, you can see the situation—a put up job all throug.
