*PROUGH FLEES COUNTRYWith only a few days remaining before release from the county' jail at the expiration of a 30-day jail term, Henry Prough of Twin Palls convicted last month on a charge of illegal possession of liquor, took advantage of an opportunity to shorten the period of his confinement and disappeared last Friday from the county general hospital where he had been assigned to work on an irriga-| tion ditch.Authorities have made no effort to apprehend the fugitive, and count his disappearance a good riddance. They believe he will not return to face prosecution as a fugitive from justice.
