GEORGIA, Oglclborpc county.Inferior Court sitting for Ordinary purposes, March Term, 1837, —Tresent, their Honors John BiLLUPS, Henuy Banks, andHeniIy P. Hill, Esq’s.*^-RULE NISI.—The petition of Clark Taylor junior, respectfully sheweth to the Court, that on the twenty-seventh day of July, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty, James Pye, senior, made and executed to your petitioner, his certain writing obligatory, to-wit: a bond lor titles to lot. of Land No. 1, in the sixth district Muscogee county, conditioned that the said James Pye, should make or cause to be made, good and lawful titles to the said lot of Land, whenever the said Clark Taylor junior, thought proper to take out the plat and grant for said land , and your petitioner avers that the said James Pye, senior, has departed this life without executing said titles; that your petitioner is now ready to comply with his part of the contract; and your petitioner further avers and states to this honorable Court that the Administrator of the said James Pye, senior, deceased, is willing to make titles to said lot of Land to your petitioner, whenever this honorable Court shall so direct him.— Your petitioner therefore prayeth this honorable Court to grant him an order directing the Administrator of the said James Pye, senior, to make him titles in the terms of th«* law made and provided for in such cases—and your petitioner as in dutv bound, will ever pray, c.CLAKlv TAYLOR, Petitioner.
