(A?)—The father of four grandchildren of the late Jacques Mossier has filed suit against Candace Mos-jsler, charging she mlsmanged her late husband’s estate.The suit was filed Thursday by John Kenneth Harrell, a Utopia, Tex. rancher, on behalf of his four children. His wife, Jacqueline Harrell, died several years after her father, a millionaire financier, was stabbed to death June 30, 194.Acquitted Ot MurderMrs. Mossier and her nephew, Melvin Lane Powers, were acquitted in 1366 of the murder of Mossier.The suit alleges Mrs, Mossier, a* executrix of her husband's estate, has used much of ft to her own benefit and has refused to give the plaintiffs their share, estimated at 5539,835.The Mossier estate was estimated by Harrell’s attorney at510.810,312.Mrs. Mossier said the suit was motivated by the political and publicity desires of certain lawyers and ixditjclans,” adding ithat the estate’s businesses were never doing fetter.Ban Lifted On Oil.
