Lewis, Wash., at the time, was arested two weeks later in Oklahoma when he was recognized by ar ex-sheriff who knew him when be lived in Borger. Tex.Dr. .George Jackson, state hospital superintendent, after examination. declared him sane but apparently suffering amnesia.However; last month state police Lt.
