Lcmley Monday with the following results:M, G, Guthrie and Ronnie Ragland forfeited §10 cash bonds on charges of drunkenness.Earl Yocum pleaded guilty to drrnik-ness and was fined $10.Clarence Noble pleaded guilty to possession of uniaxed liquor -and was fined $25.Joe Hughes, reckless driving, forfeited $25 cash bond.A charge of petit larceny against Henry Trent was dismissed on motion of the city attorney, Trent originally was charged with taking a plow from Randolph Kaddix, valued at $2.50.Ressie Mae Mercer and Hattie Mae Islcy pleaded guilty to assult and battery and each was fined $2.50.Bleake Daniels, forgery and uttering, examination waived and held for action of Hempstead circuit court Wider bond of §150 on a charge of forging the name of W. M. Marshall to a $5 check drawn on Citizen National bank of Hope.Gray Corrigan entered a plea of guilty- to .charges of disturbing the peace and drtiokness and was fined $25 op each charge—the fines ,heh?g suspended by Judge Lendey on goodbehavior. *
