Fred Nelson. Walter 8m1th. George Hardy. Charles Jacnha. Charles Jacobson. Charles f McWhlrt. Anton E. Boper and George f Bpeed. Hardy and Nelson were Immediately rearrested upon their release on deportation warrants and will be taken to Chicago for trial.Robtm was rearrested on a warrant charging him with connection with a conspiracy to kill the president and 1 will be tried in the Kansas federal } court. Peter Faklares, who completed ■* a sentence today ot a white slavery | charge, was rearrested and taken to i Chicago on a deportation warrant. 1
